Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our shop in St Ives, Cornwall.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll get tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the UK.

What are your chains made from?
Most of our men’s chains and bracelets are stainless steel. We also stock rings in tungsten, titanium and silver.

How do I know my ring size?
If you’re not sure, the easiest way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits and compare it to our size guide. Or drop us a line and we’ll help you work it out. There are also apps that can help you with this.

How should I care for stainless steel jewellery?
It’s low maintenance — just wash with mild soap and water, and dry with a soft cloth.

What if something I buy is faulty?
Email us right away with your order number. We’ll sort a replacement or refund, and cover the return postage.

Is everything made in St Ives?
Not everything. Most stock is sourced and sold by us in St Ives. The bespoke silver jewellery is handmade by Vanessa at St Ives Jewellery Studio, next door but one.

Do you offer gift packaging?
We don’t offer fancy gift wrap, but most of our men’s jewellery comes in either a presentation box or a branded pouch. Ready to give as it is, no extra frills needed.
