Returns
Our returns policy applies to online orders placed through this website.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you have notified us.
In addition to this statutory right, we offer an extended returns period. You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This is extended to 42 days around the Christmas period.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use beyond trying the item on.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll cover the return and arrange a replacement or refund.
In-store purchases
Items bought in our St Ives shop are covered by your statutory consumer rights. We will offer a refund or exchange if the item is faulty, but we do not offer returns for change of mind on in-store purchases.

Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
