Postage Costs

We keep it simple • Orders under £60: standard UK delivery from £1.00

• Orders £60 and over: free delivery — because no one likes paying extra for postage.

Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 1–2 working days. You’ll get an email when your order’s on its way.

Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–4 working days, but please allow a little extra during busy periods.

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are out of our control — delays can happen, even if the parcel’s been sent promptly.

Packaging

All items are packed with care — jewellery in presentation boxes, watches bubble-wrapped inside their brand boxes, and everything else secured properly so it arrives safely.

Click & Collect

If you’d rather pick up your order in person, choose Click & Collect at checkout. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s ready to collect from the shop on Tregenna Place, St Ives.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, just let us know. We’ll track it down with Royal Mail and get it sorted.
