Postage Costs
We keep it simple.
• Orders under £40: standard UK delivery from £1.00
• Orders £40 and over: free UK delivery
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent.
Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days after dispatch, although this can take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays.
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail or the delivery courier, the final delivery timing is outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help if a delivery issue occurs.
Packaging
All items are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.
Jewellery is supplied either in presentation boxes or protective felt pouches. Watches are sent in their original branded boxes and securely protected for delivery. Other items are packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit.
Click & Collect
If you’d prefer to collect your order in person, choose Click & Collect at checkout.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect from our shop at Tregenna Place, St Ives.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.
In some cases Royal Mail may require a short waiting period before a parcel can officially be considered lost. We will assist you throughout this process and ensure the issue is resolved.
Responsibility for Deliveries
Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
Bladed Products
Certain products sold on this website, including double edge razor blades and safety razors supplied with blades, are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
By purchasing these items, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe age restrictions may not be met.
